A graduate of L.I.U. with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Sandy was an auditor for Ernst & Young and a Manager of Financial Reporting for Paramount Pictures.
Since Pro Advantage Executive Search has emerged in midtown Manhattan, it has catered to a variety of divisions within the financial services industry. Our clientele includes some of the major Banks, Brokerage Firms, Hedge funds, Insurance and Private Equity companies.
Sandy takes pride in the contacts she formed through her years as an
executive recruiter. She has become a real leader in the search
profession, having started up two successful companies. Sandy founded
Pro Advantage after she left G.A.C. Associates in 1997, where she was a
partner and co-founder. She is a true generalist in terms of her ability
to identify, recruit and procure senior level executives. Sandy has a
real passion for the search profession and attributes her success to a
genuine pursuit to help others. Sandy is affiliated with the New York
State Society of CPA’s (NYSSCPA).
Suzy has been an executive recruiter with Pro Advantage for over 5 years. Dedicated to serving her clients and candidates, she brings a dynamic background to the table.
With an MFA-Directing from the University of Arkansas, she spent 6 years as a casting director for various theatrical organizations before joining the Pro Advantage team. A committed marathon runner, Suzy is also an ACE certified personal trainer and continues to train clients to date.
Fascinated by the financial industry and its many facets, Suzy is thrilled to be an executive recruiter and thrives on continuing to create strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Cynthia is the VP of Finance and Accounting. She graduated from Queens College in 2006, with a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and Elementary Education. She has been a recruiter for over 3 years and enjoys the challenges brought forth with learning any new craft. She strives for excellence for both her candidates and clients.
It is important to her to take the time to really get to know her
clients and candidates through meetings, site visits and interviewing,
so she can facilitate quality connections. Cynthia’s dedication,
motivation, past experience and eagerness to learn new things brings her
much success and she continually strives to help potential clients and
candidates.
